In recruitment module, in Wallet HR, interview schedules are automated where the HR can schedule the interview for various interviewers in the eco system for the respective position. Dynamic assessment forms can be created for various positions. Assessment forms are uploaded by the HR for each interviewer to update during the interview. On confirmation from the interviewer the schedules gets updated in the interviewer and HR calendar which is available in the respective dashboard of the users.
Wallet HR comes with a powerful on-boarding module. The module facilitates candidate login through the URL provided in the mail sent with the offer letter. Candidate is expected to update all the relevant information and upload documents that are mandated by HR for the selected position.
