The grievance software helps the employees in the organisation to air their grievances for resolution. An employee can select from a list of grievances which can be set by the HR team. The grievance would be posted to the reporting manager for resolution.
Manager is required to resolve a grievance within specified duration failing which the grievance would be escalated to the HR team and if the HR team does not resolve the grievance within their time limit, the grievance would be escalated to the grievance committee for final resolution.
An employee can raise a grievance against a manager or seniors anonymously to protect his/her identity. All the grievances would be tracked for its resolution and various exception reports can be generated by the system at various levels.
